MINDFUL MANN 2019
The Island's biggest wellbeing festival is being held on Saturday 29th June at the Children's Centre Community Farm on the outskirts of Douglas.
Keynote speakers currently include stand-up Philosopher, Best-selling Author and Spiritual Teacher, Tim Freke, Transpersonal Psychologist, Poet, and Best-Selling Author Steve Taylor, Sufi Teacher of Self-Realisation, Zahir Khan and Phil Quirk, one of the UK's leading Human Performance Coaches.
There will also be a day-long programme of yoga and mindfulness classes, arts workshops and children's activities, led by some of the Islands favourite teachers including, Artist and Poet Janet Lees, Graham Clucas the Founder of Quing, Shine Om Yoga Studio, Karma Yoga Studio, David Smyth and Esther Jones (with more to be announced).
Fantastic food and drink will be provided by Flo the Coffee Van, The Secret Pizza Co and Smoo Ice Cream.
With themes ranging from Spirituality to Mental Health and Community Wellbeing, Mindful Mann 2019 promises to be an inspiring day out, promoting positive change, community spirit and an inclusive worldview.
